A health statement needs a grade and a source. A commercial use needs the community’s agreement.
A statement needs a source
Where a later page talks about health, the statement should say which kind of support it has: a classical or traditional source, a laboratory or clinical report, a guideline, or an open gap. This introductory essay does not grade a species.
A use needs agreement
Benefit sharing means the people who held the knowledge take part in decisions about its use. A link to the National Biodiversity Authority or the Convention on Biological Diversity is a pointer for readers. It is not a claim of a filed application.
